A full-day retreat of body-mindful movement, breathwork, and spiritual practices to help you rest and reconnect, with Becki Marie of Big Love Movement.
Life is so full-on it’s easy to lose touch with switching off. This retreat is a call to SLOW DOWN, tune in, and rest. As we approach the Autumn Equinox, we can invite ourselves to explore new ways of reconnecting and being. The perfect time to replenish our energy, renew our intentions, and find our focus.
Explore a calming dreamscape of breath, movement, and meditation with Becki, mindful mentor, somatic guide, and wellness advocate. Becki will share realistic and simplistic ways to incorporate rest and mindfulness into your daily routine.
Your journey through this retreat will be restful and reflective as you reconnect to your body through movement, breath, and spiritual practices. Supercharging both your feminine and masculine elements, recharging you, soothing the tired parts, and bringing you back to your whole self.
This is a chance to step away for some much-needed YOU time and switch off.
Rest ~ Breath
Gentle, conscious, and connected breath encourages brain and heart coherence, and nervous system regulation. Our breath session will focus on self-awareness, compassion, and connection to invite whole-body wellbeing. Becki will share practical ways to effortlessly bring breathwork into your daily routine.
Recharge ~ Movement
You will explore a body-mindful, heart-opening yoga flow to release emotional and physical tension, regulate, stretch, and strengthen your body, and invite light and softness into the tired parts of yourself. (Newbies, beginners, and regular yogis welcome)
Renew ~ Meditation
Designed to be a calming dreamscape for creative focus, this session will blend reflective journalling, gentle rhymic breathing, mindfulness for deep restoration, and aspirational visualisation to leave you floating on a cloud of intention and inspiration.

11 AM “Hi” Tea ~ Arrive & settle
11.30 AM Rest ~ Breath - Opening circle with grounded and connected breathing space
12 PM Recharge ~ Movement - Body-mindful yoga flow. Your chance to stretch and reconnect.
1.15 PM Nourish ~ Vegan lunch (with plenty of good conversation)
2.15 PM Renew ~ Meditation (part one) - Reflective journalling and creative practice. Your reflection session.
3.15 PM Replenish ~ Tea & snacks
3.30 PM Renew ~ Meditation (part two) - Reflective journalling and creative practice. Your relaxation session.
4.30 PM Share ~ Closing circle & goodbyes
