    Slow things down with our body-mindful restorative flow. Unwind, stretch and ground yourself with calming breath-work to release tension and restore you. (Spice level: Cool as a cucumber)

    An uplifting + playful vinyasa-style flow to awaken, strengthen and tone your whole body. Regulating your nervous system and shifting your energy after a busy week. (Spice level: Fiery-ish)

Our style

somatic / səˈmatɪk (adjective): relating to the body, especially as distinct from the mind. The secret to feeling good is truly feeling good, in body and mind. This is where somatic practices like breath-work, mindfulness, and movement can help you feel grounded and connected, and invite a sense of space into your body.

Body-mindful movement is the style of movement Becki teaches and shares in her sessions. It is a blend of somatic and restorative yoga and vinyasa flow.

By moving through slow mindful movements you become more aware of how you feel as you move. Helping reconnect to your body, regulate your nervous system, improve your sleep, emotional resilience, strength, confidence and flexibility.

All movements, breathwork and somatic practices are rooted in an awareness of mental and emotional health and blended with mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) techniques.

Weekly live-streamed schedule

Our livestreamed yoga schedule is structured around the ‘9-5’ work day (UK time) which is ideal when you work from home! There are five live sessions to join, Monday to Friday, with three evening classes and two early morning sessions.

You’re encouraged to dip in when you choose without the need to book in advance. Try a different class every week or find your regular favourite! The community offers you routine and friendly accountability as you find your rhythm with your yoga practice.

On-demand bonus option

To complement the live sessions and to support you beyond the weekly schedule you have full access to The Wellness Hub. This on-demand library is replenished monthly with guided meditations, journaling practices, EFT (tapping) sequences, breathwork, and yoga flows to elevate your self-care.
