This is an invitation to escape and come home to yourself. You will explore body-mindful ways to self-regulate, switch off, and rest to allow you to fully reconnect and recover.
This experiential workshop will help you become more aware, and more compassionate, and remind you of the power of your inner resources, your intentions, and daily needs, so can feel a sense of calm amid the chaos of modern life, honouring everything you are moving through.

Samya Studios is just a stone's throw from Highbury & Islington station. We're in a renovated warehouse tucked away from the high street to give you a sense of release from the pressure of the city.
On the ground floor, we have a cosy reception room for hanging out before and after class, as well as two private bathrooms, one shower, and three changing rooms (all gender-neutral).
Upstairs is our practice room with beautiful hardwood floors, lots of natural light, and blank space to bring you back into balance.
ACCESSIBILITY NOTE: There's one step up into our building from the street with a wheelchair-accessible ramp. However, the practice room is up one flight of stairs with no elevator access.
The studio is fully equipped with mats and props however you are welcome to bring along your own mat and personal comforts.
