6 weeks to cultivate a mindful morning practice with Becki Marie of Big Love Movement.

I invite you to join me for 6 weeks of MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction) techniques and conscious breathing every Wednesday through "Summer".

Within this space, you’ll learn how to incorporate breathwork and mindfulness into your self-care routine and create healthy habits that work for modern life. Every Wednesday morning for 6 weeks from 31st July, you can join me live for a seated session to regulate your body, develop your meditation practice, and improve mindfulness.

I appreciate how unrealistic a mindful morning routine can seem yet I know firsthand how beneficial it can be. Make time to check in and set yourself up for the day with a positive mindset and a regulated nervous system!
