#3 Empowerment
The 3rd in our series of wellbeing workshops exploring body connection, self-expression and now, EMPOWERMENT, blending yoga and mindfulness into a self-care mini-retreat for your entire body! You'll be guided through a creative vinyasa yoga flow, guided visualisations and a restorative session to deepen your connection to yourself physically, emotionally and spiritually!
Open to all levels options will be given throughout to ensure you are safe and supported whilst practising online.
The first part of our session is a 75-minute yoga flow and deep relaxation which can be booked individually or as part of the full workshop.
