Wellness Workshop: Rest. Recharge. Reset
An extended yoga and wellness session to share practices to support your emotional and physical wellbeing as we move forward into the next half of 2020. Consider it the reset button for your mind and body. Movement helps shift stagnant energy within the body and breath connects the body with the mind. This session will be in 3 sections all infused with yoga, meditation and breath practices to alleviate feelings of anxiety, fear, overwhelm, fatigue and confusion.
ENERGISE + INVIGORATE: Awakening breath and an energising yoga flow to awaken the body and mind.
STRENGTHEN + RELEASE: Explore strength and tension with yoga poses to build awareness and control.
GROUND + RECONNECT: Combining a short restorative yoga flow to calm the body with a deep guided meditation to relax the mind and create space to move forward with focus. Over the course of two hours, you will be guided through yoga flows designed to energise, strengthen and build awareness, and simple mindset practices from the comfort of your own home whilst part of the big love community.
Investment is £15 with 10% off until 17th June!
For your reassurance and comfort, you will be muted during all practices to give each other privacy however we will come together in parts throughout the session to ensure we connect with one another.
The session is open to all, ideally over 16 years old. Please let me know if you would like to invite any young adults to this event.
